Today I was attacked by the director Rikeya I'm not sure if that's how you spell her name or not. They stopped charging my card for some reason and I had no idea why because the payment normally come out every Thursday. However she told me that I had a balance of $800 I didn't understand if the first time they needed to charge my card and couldn't then how come they didn't contact me why would they let it build up to such a high bill. I paid half Monday and paid the other half today. She was very rude to me in the process. I asked her what could We do to move forward so that I can feel comfortable with my child attending school and so that we could be on the same page she then told a man to make me leave , I asked why did I have to leave and was he security she told me if was her husband ( not sure what he had to do with anything) I told her I just lost my son 3 weeks ago and that I haven't been working and god forbid that ever happened to her and I felt like she could've worked with me. After all I paid off the balance anyway I just wanted to feel comfortable with her but as soon as I said that she jumped over the counter saying "I don't know if she lost a child" and etc. her daughter was there and she jumped in saying don't talk to my mom get out and I said this has nothing to do with you , after that the director ran up on me to fight me and told me she would kill me if I was to ever talk to her daughter again. I have it all videotaped. I asked several times for the owner number and name and she refused to give it to me. Being that I have everything video taped I plan to sue her and the daycare. It's sad because I really thought this was a good school but apparently not.
