There's not enough room to accommodate the things I would like to say. To keep it short, once you sign a lease, your calls are almost never answered. Maintenance requests are almost a never ending cycle. Should you be unfortunate enough to have an emergency issue, standard wait time is 24hrs. Well this isn't the case with Waypoint. I had a A.C. leak, which caused mold. Called it in Friday at 1pm, told a tech would be out Saturday within a 4 hour window. I then received a call saying the property manager would not authorized such work. I would have to wait until Monday, again a 4 hour window. So I'm here with a canceled doctor's appointment and having to call into work. This company is pure garbage!
