They absolutely RUINED my leather steering wheel on my 2015 Focus ST. Brought it to their attention while still in the parking lot and they immediately started to blame me saying it must have been that way before they worked on the vehicle. Even yelling at me and laughing during our conversation. It's very obvious that someone grabbed the steering wheel with chemicals on their hands or gloves. The top layer is MELTED and just wipes off the more I touch it!! Then they said it must be the heat because nothing in their shop would cause this. Wow!!! They're refusing to replace what THEY damaged. It so sticky where the damage is I can't even touch it. Avoid this shop like the plague!!! Pics are both sides for comparison and after they rubbed off all the peels.
